Is the Festival open for the public to attend?

Yes, it is! We welcome anybody who is interested in viewing the work of young filmmakers.

When is the next Festival?

February 22nd, 2020 from 6pm-9pm.

Where is the Festival located?

It is located at Temple University Annenberg Hall Room 3.

The address is 2020 North 13th Street; Philadelphia, PA 19122.

Where can I submit my films?

You can submit your film at tinyurl.com/2020freese

How long can my film be?

10 minutes or shorter.

Can I use copyrighted music in my work?

It is always best to use music that you own the rights to. However, if you only use a small sample of that music, it will be fine. And, of course, you can conduct/create your own music as well.

What if I have more than one entry?

You can submit multiple entries to the festival as long as each video is accompanied with its own individual online entry form.

What if I co-directed my film or video with my friends?

We welcome collaborative works. However, we need you to put each director’s full name on the same entry form. The award would be equally divided between the number of the directors.

Can I send a DVD in the mail instead?

No, we only accept YouTube or Vimeo link submissions.
